TERMS (HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE)
- After receiving the claim the Defender starts the examination and notifies the applicant about his decision of either rejecting the complaint or continuing the examination within ten 10 working days.
- In case the complaint is subject to review by some other body, upon the written consent of the applicant the Defender transfers the complaint to the competent authority within 14 working days
- When the examination process is over, within 10 days, the Defender sends the results to the corresponding body or official, the decisions or activity (inactivity) of which is complained. The latter should send the Defender its position and clarifications within 15 days period after receiving the results, in case the Defender does not define any terms
